A simulation, not a schedule. Final construction plans determine the end result and the real timeline. Robot selection varies by project — the style of your home, its geometry and the site conditions determine which machine in our network prints it. Every project is different. Figures shown are estimates for illustration only; a set of plans and a consultation gives you real numbers. On cost: the ranges are turnkey construction planning figures for a typical lot in each market — foundation through finishes, builder's margin included. They leave out land, site utilities and impact fees, mobilization and crew lodging, which depend on where you build. Printing is never more than a comparable site-built home; it costs less when the printed wall replaces siding, sheathing and exterior drywall, which is why a standard finish lands lowest.
